SCOPE OF MEMBERSHIP
By enrolling in the AC Plus Comfort Club Tier 1 or 2, or by participating in the Limited Warranty Plan, the Client unlocks exclusive benefits detailed in this Agreement.
Benefits include prolonged equipment efficiency, lower utility bills, cleaner air, and consistent comfort throughout changing seasons.
The Comfort Club Membership provides energy savings, convenient maintenance reminders, and peace of mind, acting as a safeguard against costly repairs, replacements, comfort loss, inconvenience, or safety hazards.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
The main objectives of AC Plus Heating & Air are to protect the Client's family, maintain HVAC equipment, and extend the life of heating and cooling systems.
AC Plus guarantees top satisfaction, with professional, uniformed technicians prioritizing exceptional care in the Client's home.
WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The warranty for manufactured parts is provided by the manufacturer or supplier and not by AC Plus Heating & Air.
The Client is responsible for registering parts or new units for extended parts warranty.

This exclusive advantage ensures cost savings for the Client while maintaining comprehensive coverage for peace of mind.
UP TO 10 YEARS LIMITED LABOR WARRANTY FOR NEW SYSTEMS
Customers investing in a new system enjoy up to a 10 year limited labor warranty.
The warranty is valid if the Client complies with ac plus recommended annual tune-up package and adheres to maintenance recommendations.
The limited labor warranty excludes the replacement of major parts such as compressors, coils, or motors, refrigerants cost but customers still benefit from discounted prices on such replacements or parts.
