Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the services provided by AC Plus Heating & Air, whether online or at your residence. These Terms govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Services

1.1 Description: AC Plus Heating & Air provides heating and air conditioning products, installation services, maintenance, repairs, and related services.

1.2 Eligibility: You must be of legal age and possess the necessary legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. Additionally, you must be the property owner; misrepresentation may result in legal consequences. If you are not the homeowner, we are unable to provide any services to you, and you will be responsible for any repair or installation costs, as well as any associated legal fees.

User Responsibilities

2.1 Account Creation: Some features of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the account registration process. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Acceptable Use: You agree to use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of AC Plus Heating & Air or third parties.
  • Impersonating any person or entity or providing false or misleading information.
  • Engaging in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the operation of our services.
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • Collecting or harvesting personal information of other users without their consent.
  • Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use of our services.

Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade names, and other proprietary rights, in our services, website, and content belong to AC Plus Heating & Air. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services or content without our prior written consent.

3.2 Feedback: If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such feedback for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability

4.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AC Plus Heating & Air, its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or any interactions with other users or third parties.

Modifications and Termination

5.1 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

5.2 Business Conduct: AC Plus understands the importance of maintaining the integrity of A/C units and values your trust in our services. Therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for any repairs if there are indications that repairs or alterations have been undertaken by individuals who are not certified AC professionals. We believe that having trained professionals handle maintenance and repairs is crucial to ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of your HVAC systems.

Additionally, it is not AC Plus's intention to leave customers' units unrepaired. Unless customers agree to AC Plus's terms and conditions, which are posted on our website, we are unable to accept responsibility for repairs. We also understand that due to potential system quality issues, poor installations, or the natural aging of the unit, the system may exhibit symptoms even after regular tune-ups. In such cases, we regret that we cannot take responsibility for fully restoring the system's operation

5.3 Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to endangering staff, sharing pictures, documentations, or contracts without prior approval from AC Plus, or by having unpaid transactions.
